 This complete renovation of a garden flat in Highgate included extensive landscape gardening with the addition of modern composite decking, creating a stylish and functional outdoor space. Inside, the property was fully rewired and upgraded with a brand-new kitchen and bespoke fitted wardrobes. The basement was professionally tanked to ensure long-term protection, while the interior was refreshed with full decoration and the original wooden floors were carefully varnished. Windows and doors were restored, and unique “kitty corners” were installed to accommodate the homeowner’s feline companions.
